Hi Experts,
I am workiing on ESS MSS PORTAL 7.03 version, I have developed launchpad and configured all as per the client requirements,and when moved all the requests from se80 workbench requets also for your clarification and along with launchpad requests ,but this Launchpad request is moved but I am not able to see the text in the launchpad in QAS system, portal as well as service wise text is also missing,I am not able to see services name as it is coming as below:

I have applied already Snotes as suggested by some experts but no use for that notes after applying also tried saving launchpad again by giving NAMESPACE as Z ,and transported again and moved to QAS ,no use 
:the notes are as below :
0001680522 LPD: Displaying all text IDs
0001714746 LPD: Texts are missing after you transport launchpad
0001768132 LPD: Translation of launchpad texts with text version 4.0
0001786881 LPD: Missing namespace when translating entries. (implemented all dependent notes also )
As I am attaching both DEV and QAS PORTAL screens ,kindly check and tell me the solution,
