MSS Trips and expense -> " Infotype 0017 for MM/DD/YYY does not exist for pers.no

Am getting error message " infotype 0017 for MM/DD/YYYY does not exist for pers.no.. in MSS - Trips and expense..under when i click credit card receipts tab. please check the picture attached for full understanding.

Yes i know this is a generic error message... how to solve this
